how to make Capias

Capias are seen at almost any special event, from weddings, birthday parties to baby showers and more. ill show you the basic step by step procedures to make a capia and save you some money in the process.
OK, lets start. First get these materials. A  personalized ribbon or regular ribbon found in any arts and crafts store, a little folding flower which you can find in any dollar store, a porcelain or plastic favor figure which you can find in any arts and craft store and a hot glue gun.
Take the folding flower and rip apart the plastic stem
The folding flower comes in 6 layers, we only need 3 so take apart 3 layers and to the first layer apply a drop of hot glue in the center

then quickly put a second layer of the folding flower on top of the first. Make sure they are glued evenly together and repeat the process with the third layer.
take the ribbon and fold it as shown in the picture and glue all the bends together

then glue the ribbon on the layers

now on the center of the ribbon apply a drop of hot glue and paste the porcelain or plastic favor of your choice on it.

And there you have a Basic Capia for your event. Thanks for visiting Basic Arts and Crafts. Don't Forget to come back for future arts and crafts projects.
